Finding Me Web Studio provides custom website design services. Due to the nature of digital services and the allocation of dedicated project time, all payments made to the Company are non-refundable.

2. Reservation of Project Time

When a client submits payment, that payment secures exclusive time in our project schedule. Once payment is processed:

• Project time is reserved.

• Work may begin immediately.

• The Company commits resources, planning, and development time to the client’s project.

Because project slots are limited and time is allocated specifically for each client, payments are

considered earned upon receipt.

3. No Refunds

All sales are final.

We do not provide refunds for: Change of mind, business circumstance changes, delays in client communication, failure to provide required content or materials, subjective dissatisfaction once work has commenced.

By purchasing services from Finding Me Web Studio, you acknowledge and agree to this No Refund Policy.

5. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
