1. Agreement and Terms

By accessing this website or purchasing services from Finding Me Web Studio (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

Finding Me Web Studio provides website design services using the Squarespace platform. Services may include, but are not limited to: Website design and setup; Page layout and formatting; Basic content placement using client-provided materials. Specific deliverables, timelines, revision limits, and scope are outlined at the time of purchase or booking.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase services. By engaging our services, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide accurate and complete information, supply required content and access in a timely manner, and respond within a reasonable timeframe. Delays caused by missing materials or lack of communication may impact timelines and do not qualify for refunds.

5. Squarespace Platform & Subscription Responsibility

Clients are solely responsible for purchasing and maintaining their own Squarespace subscription. We are not responsible for Squarespace billing, renewals, pricing, limitations, outages, suspensions, or policy changes. Clients retain full ownership of their Squarespace account. Failure to maintain an active subscription may delay or prevent project completion.

6. Payments

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Payment is required before work begins unless agreed otherwise in writing. Deposits are non-refundable. Late, failed, reversed, or disputed payments may result in paused or canceled services. Charge-backs will be formally contested.

7. No Refund Policy

All sales are final. Due to the custom and digital nature of services, no refunds are offered once work has begun, including dissatisfaction, change of mind, failure to provide content, delays caused by client, or project abandonment. Unused revisions or features do not convert to refunds, credits, or rollovers.

8. Revisions

Each package includes a limited number of revisions. Requests outside the agreed scope require purchase of an Add-On service or will be treated as new work. Structural changes or added functionality are not considered revisions.

9. Project Timelines & Abandonment

If a client is unresponsive for fourteen (14) consecutive days, the project may be marked inactive. If insufficient materials were supplied, it may be marked Inconclusively Abandoned. Resuming work after 14 days will be treated as new work with new pricing.

10. Intellectual Property & Ownership

Ownership transfers only after full payment is received and the project is completed. Finding Me Web Studio may display completed work in portfolios unless agreed otherwise in writing. Clients are responsible for having legal rights to all provided materials.

11. Third-Party Services

We are not responsible for third-party services including Squarespace, payment processors, domain providers, or email providers.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Finding Me Web Studio shall not be liable for loss of profits, business interruption, data loss, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from use of our services.

13. Disclaimer

We do not guarantee specific results, rankings, traffic, revenue, or business outcomes.

14. Termination

We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate services for abusive behavior, non-payment, policy violations, or inappropriate conduct.

15. Services Limitation

Services are provided only within select areas of the United States.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.

17. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
